1st row. In Vand- og Landskabsparken is this first-class, Danish holiday home. The house has a conservatory with sun protection for the windows. The living room of 33 m & # 178; is furnished with a cozy wood stove, 2 sofa groups and dining table for 12 people. From here there is a beautiful view of the area from the large windows, which gives the house a very special light. Here there is plenty of space for cozy moments in front of the stove, which also provides good heat on cool days. In 2013, 4 bedrooms got new double beds with new mattresses. There are 2 new sofa groups. Sit in front of the TV with satellite dish and DVD player. From November to March is 1/4 m & # 179; firewood included in the rent. During the Christmas month, a Christmas tree with a light chain provides the cozy atmosphere. In the open kitchen you will find i.a. microwave and dishwasher. There are insect nets for all windows. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, all with double bed, and in the living room there are 2 alcoves. The alcoves are especially preferred by children. Each alcove has 2 single beds. For the children there is a high chair and cot. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, both with shower and underfloor heating. In one bathroom, in addition to the Scandinavian sauna, there is a whirlpool with therapy jets that provide underwater massage. Here you can relax after a long day in nature. At the house there is both an open and a covered terrace that invites to sunbathing and cozy barbecues. Here there are 2 solar carts and in front of the house there is a beach basket, which provides good shelter. For the children there is a wooden play tower with swing and slide and a sandpit. The house has a canoe with room for 2 adults and 2 children. The canoes are used at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance. Pets are not allowed in the house. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.
