This first-class Danish-style cottage with wellness equipment is located in the second row from the water in the Water and Landscape Park in Otterndorf. Here you will find everything for the perfect wellness holiday and can relax in the steam sauna with scent effect or in the whirlpool for 5-7 people, which is located under a large studio window overlooking the starry sky. There is also a large sauna with sleeping space for 4 people, where you can choose between a classic sauna, tropical bath, soft steam bath, aroma bath and hot air bath. Afterwards you can take a cold shower and relax on the massage / rest bed. The 33 m & # 178; large living room with conservatory and studio windows has a cozy fireplace, two complete sofa groups and dining table for 12 people. Carpets from 2014. In connection with this you will find the open and modern, well-equipped kitchen. The morning terrace is 12 m & # 178; and from the living room there is direct access to the partially covered sun terrace of 21 m & # 178 ;. All four bedrooms have double beds with space for a total of 8 people. In one of the rooms you will find the solarium, which provides the right holiday color regardless of the season. Popular are the two alcoves, which especially children will love and call & quot; sleeping caves & quot ;. All in all, this house offers the perfect setting for a wellness holiday in your own cottage. For the more active guests, there is a canoe for the house for 2 adults and 2 children, which gives you the optimal opportunity to experience the Water and Landscape Park. Please note that the use of the canoe is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
