The location was small but clean and provided the basics for breakfast and sleeping comfortably. The room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was spotless and provided warm water for a shower after a long day. The internet worked great. The owner received us easily around 10 pm, and we got in front of the room our parking spot. Rewe store is a 2 mins walk from the location EuropaPark is 5 mins away by car. We greatly recommend the location.

The Location is Ideal if you are visiting the likes of Europa Park, with a short taxi or a bus 2 minutes away from the house. The hand over was good of keys, everything was shown and explained - the hosts made us feel very welcome. A good coffee machine that we were able to use, along with cup/plates/cutlery and a mini fridge. Everything was very clean and the room was tidied for us each day (bed made, bathroom cleaned, bin empties etc). Definitely good value for money and ideal for the type of trip we were on. A nice heavy duvet for the winter time and with great privacy (shutters on windows, must be a common thing as a lot of homes have these)

{Couple - 4 nights} We chose to stay here to go to Europapark for 3 days, its a 6mins drive and great money/price value! The hosts were really friendly and told us multiple times that we were allowed to just ask for anything if we were lacking something. It was super clean, bedsheets and towels got changed daily. The bedroom features a ceiling fan, which kept the room cool. It also had a coffee machine, water boiler, mini fridge, dishes, utensils, tea, water etc. all able to be used. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a heater if needed. Our stay was really comfy in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket across of the road that is open until 10pm. With the added outdoors kitchen with microwave, oven and stove, we were able to make diner and eat it on one of the tables outside or inside. We didn't notice the fact that this appartement is an extension of someone else's home, we got our privacy.

We chose this apartment to spend the night before we went to Europa park. It is really close and much cheaper than other places. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood. Room was small, but cozy and clean. It had everything we needed. We really liked, that we could use the outside facilities for cooking. The hosts were very sweet and friendly. We recommend this place.

Vermieter-Familie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Neubau. Haben täglich unser Geschirr gespült und frische Handtücher gebracht, sogar sauber gemacht, dabei war das gar nicht vereinbart. Leider ist nur eine Outdoor Küche vorhanden, die wir bei 10 Grad nicht nutzen wollten. Da bin ich aber selbst Schuld, da hab ich die Beschreibung nicht richtig gelesen. Sonst fehlte es an nichts. Guter Kaffeevollautomat im Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber, Bettwäsche hat angenehm nach einem dezenten Weichspüler geduftet. Beim TV bekamen wir keine Sender her, haben aber das auch nicht reklamiert. Hatten das Tablet dabei. WLAN war gut. Rewe 50 Meter entfernt. Kommen gerne im Sommer wieder, um den Aussenbereich mit Küche, Grill und Kicker Kasten zu nutzen. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr ruhige Lage im Neubaugebiet 4km vom Europapark entfernt.
