The spacious 4 room apartment with a wonderful balcony view is on the 4th floor and can accommodate up to 12 people and is therefore particularly recommended for groups or families who want a successful stay in a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with all amenities so that you will feel at home. TRANSPORT AND SURROUNDINGS The apartment is located directly opposite the Kaiser Wilhelm Passage, which offers numerous shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. With numerous cafes, small boutiques and greenery, the nearby Akazienkiez attracts a colorful crowd to Schöneberg. Families and long-established residents feel just as comfortable in the tranquil streets with their inexpensive restaurants and many small shops, as do immigrant students and tourists who want to take a look into the neighborhood beyond Kreuzberg and Mitte. You are well connected to the public transport network. Buses right in front of the door, only 300 m away from underground and S-Bahn stops.
