I am delighted to be able to offer this funky, stylish and recently refurbished Praque apartment which is available now as a short-term rental. This property is perfect for the groups of friends looking for a great-value, clean and modern place to stay that has all the comforts of home and is very close to Central Praque. This property will also suit families here for a sightseeing trip & also those visiting the city on a short business trip. The property is private, comfortable and modern inside, with everything that one needs for the perfect stay. The entire space is recently refurbished and is clean, modern, light and sunny. The funky living area comes with a large and very comfortable sofa plus table and chairs. It is spacious and includes a brand new flat screen TV with 50+ channels. Secure wireless Internet access is provided throughout the property. The bedrooms have a comfortable double beds, lots of storage space for all of your belongings. The property has everything one needs to prepare a wholesome meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer and kettle, oven and stove. There is also a washing machine. There is a towels and a soap here.

The apartment is situated in Nusle which benefits from excellent transport links to the heart of Central Praque which is just a 10 minute journey away. The nearest underground station is Karlovo náměstí Station, just four minutes by tram, and the nearest tram station is Svatoplukova, from there it is just 11 minutes to Wenceslass Square, which is right at the heart of Praque city. You can also find some amazing nightlife in the center, which hosts tens of great bars, restaurants, music & art venues and nightclubs. Within walking distance from the apartment are some great bars, restaurants and grocery shops, plus there is an award winning park just minutes from the property.
