The house exceeded our expectations. The view was stunning. The sunrise and moonrise were magical. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Karakter Restaurant food and atmosphere was top notch. Be sure to claim one of the beach huts early and order breakfast and lunch(Jerk chicken was awesome). The beach hut at the far end has 1)Great shade 2) a bit more privacy provided by the coral limestone cove 3) power outlet for laptop while checking cryptocurrency charts 4) separate private entrance steps into the sea for fantastic snorkeling with hundreds of friendly fish.(Get there before 8am to get one of the huts)

The property is conveniently located and close to the city area. I really enjoyed the courtyard to just sit, relax and read a book. The room I stayed in was a suite which was nice since it also had a mini living room for me to relax. Corisa is very welcoming and makes sure her guests are well taken care of. She has a great attention to detail and always makes sure to address the guests by their name which is huge for me. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Curaçao to stay at Atelier Skalo as it’s great customer service and reasonably priced.
