The fully furnished apartment has excellent free WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, double fridge with freezer including iced dispenser, microwave, oven, built-in coffee machine, and a gas stove / induction hob. There is air conditioning in each bedroom (3x) and in the living room (1x). Each bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe with large mirrors. The master bedroom has its own walk-in shower and a workspace. There is a safe for your valuables. The penthouse is part of a luxury apartment complex in a prime location, near downtown and Laginha beach. There is a private swimming pool, children's playground, 24-hour reception, bistro, SPA and supermarket.
