Everything was excellent. Rooms are cute and cozy and had everything we needed. Hot shower and super comfy bed. Room stays cool with the fan. Nice porch to sit outside on and relax. Wifi reached our room with no problem. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Also a great restaurant just up the road- Mirador Osa.

Real handmade Eco Lodge surrounded by nature. The mosquito nets managed to keep most insects away. Two interesting trails on the property, one leading to a beautiful secluded beach. In the evening we were able to see many frogs and a couple of snakes in the two ponds on the property

Carlos provided us with not just a delicious breakfast of fruit, toast, eggs and coffee but wonderful company and conversation. He was a delightful host. The property was beautiful, with lovely flowering plants.

No frills right in the jungle, bathed in green with tropical sounds. This is a real get away where the rest of the world tends to melt away. Carlos who runs it, built it and cooks for you is great. Booked a great private boat tour through him to see dolphine and mangroves. The property is full of birds and has a real jungle path to a private beach.

We came to Costa Rica to hike and watch birds. This property was perfect because it has 2 hiking trails, one through forest down to the beach. We also hiked along the beach and down a creek that you cross on the trail. The beach and view of the coast is spectacular. Carlos offers kayaks for rent but we did not have time to kayak. I am sure kayaking at the coast would be an adventure. Carlos, the host, made wonderful meals and accommodated our early rising to watch birds. He had coffee ready for us at 6. The cabins are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The view from our porch was wonderful and we saw toucans and monkeys from the porch chairs. Carlos drove us to Sierpe and we stopped along the way to look at vistas and birds. He made certain we got on the correct boat and we got the “locals” fare for the boat trip because he knew the captain. No complaints about our stay at this lodge.
