Everything was great, family business running their Lodge with so much love. They were very welcoming and flexible to accommodate us. Our stay was fabulous, we saw sloths in the forest right next to our room and heard the forest night life, fabulous experience! We had everything we needed for our night there, highly recommended! Small attentions worth everything, would definitely come again.

This property is a true piece of paradise. From the minute we entered the grounds, we were overcome by how beautiful and natural it all is. Jasmine greeted us with such enthusiasm, taking care of us for our entire stay. The entire staff, including Byron and Elizabeth (?) couldn't have been more attentive and gracious. We were visiting our niece who is serving in the Peace Corps nearby, so it was a beautiful time for her to swim in the gorgeous pool (a tropical nirvana,) eat the fabulous farm-to-table dinners, chill out in the hammock. We have to give kudos to the owners who've developed this property, respecting nature SO much, creating a laid-back but exciting atmosphere with beautiful hikes, yoga pavilion - something for everyone. My husband was grateful for the smoking platform, removed from everything, but very comfortable. We lucked out with this stay and I will be back next year!

The owners are super nice and helpful. They wreak havoc both working for many years as rangers on the rain forest reserve right by bird and breakfast so they are super knowledgeable about the area, animals and plants. Great place to view Toucans and many other birds. We also did the night tour with Fabio which was great :)
