The hotel is clean, the rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful. I stayed with my parents and they were very pleased with the included breakfast menu and the options for room service too. I asked to get transportation from Movistar arena to the hotel at a late hour and they arraigned it for me.

Despite being an English speaker, we both utilized different tools to ensure effective communication, such as Google Translate to bridge any language barriers. I enjoyed strolling through the area, discovering numerous restaurants, and finding myself conveniently located near various shops. Moreover, the breakfast served each morning was delightful, offering a different culinary experience daily. Liked having a separate bedroom since living room window opened to stairs/elevator/hotel lobby and could be noisy. With door closed, bedroom very quiet. Comfortable bed, very large closet and bathroom. Note: more hotel than apartment with daily maid service. Piano music in lobby each evening, along with furniture gave a classic vibe. Good location/very safe (we walked around at night). North of the action, so if you like to go out at night, will need a cab. Couple blocks from bus stop, restaurants and grocery stores.

This was unexpected surprise, very interested building, great amenities, friendly and helpful staff, we were upgraded to a junior suite, as large as a small apartment ! Good food ! We will return !

Great hotel, great facilities, great location. Wi-Fi worked well for me which was the most important thing. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was nice and varied, you can also order eggs to your liking. Room was great, cleaning was great, very happy in general. Already booked a second stay.
