This is not my first 5 star hotel. But this is my first review. This hotel impressed me from the first step I walked in until I walked out. Convenient, clean, comfortable and all staffs included housekeeper service was very good
Located steps from Wujiaochang Subway Station, Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang is centrally located in Shanghai Wujiaochang area, just beside the Hopson One Shopping Center.

The location is great, connecting directly to the Hopson department Store where one could find a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. The breakfast has more or less everything I like, except Xiao Long Bao. I requested an addition of a kid bed, which made the room a bit tight, but there is still enough space for all our 4 luggage and 4 backpacks.
The swimming pool is great, slightly shallow for adults, but great for kids, with a big hot whirlpool (with bubble massages) next to the swimming pool, as well as Sauna and Hamma in the dressing rooms.
Sunrise On The Bund Hotel is located opposite The North Bund Green Land, conveniently accessible via Dalian Road Tunnel, The Bund Tunnel and Xinjian Road Tunnel.

It was overall clean. Concierge was willing to ask everything. (Practicing English I guess.)

Baoshan is too far from everything including any decent eating places. An hours taxi ride back to Shanghai.
Television had nothing to watch on it unless it was in Chinese, no other news of the world other than USA
I am an Australian who only speaks English. The team member found Kimmy who was very fluent in English and was over the top helpful. He wrote out locations for me to go in English then Chinese so I could communicate to get transport to where I wanted to go. He even helped me with how to set up payment apps through phone since you can’t use credit card In China. I would highly recommend Kimmy if you are an English spoken traveller. A1 service Thankyou 😊
Bedroom was very big, nice shower and offer tea and coffee. The metro was around 50m from the hotel.
Just talking about breakfast, it has a lot of choises but only for Chinese people. Don't get me wrong, the food was good but it's not European breakfast. You have noodles, a lot a fries and vegetables but you don't have fruit at all. Almost no bread, no cereals and yogurts.
