Unione is the perfect stay for exploring the surrounding area of Valle Maggia. The location is breathtaking, right next to the mountains and a little river nearby you feel submerged in nature. Unione has a beautiful garden with all sorts of fruits and flowers growing. You can eat your breakfast outside taking in the view and the serene atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the shared bathrooms were also spotless! They keep the house cool during the hot day which is very satisfying as well. Price vs. Value is 10/10.

Old and depressive, not worth the price. Didn’t even see the stuff; closed doors with an envelope and key…would not recommend this place although the room was very clean.
Just a 5-minute walk from the Piazza Grande and the center of Locarno, H4 Hotel Arcadia Locarno is right on the promenade along Lake Maggiore.

Worth the price. A beautiful hotel in a prime location with friendly and attentive staff. The view is great. The breakfast buffet features a great selection of food options. The sky lounge on the roof top is the perfect spot to look at the beautiful scenery and soak up the moment.

The accommodation was very basic, but served the purpose for a one night stay. Parking was very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.
Entirely renovated in 2016, Hotel City Locarno enjoys a central location, just 328 feet from Lake Maggiore and the ship pier and 984 feet from Piazza Grande. Private parking is available on site.

This place was like waking up in a fairy tale, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They communicated so well and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as help me to learn about the part of my family from gordevio. Quite possibly the best hospitality out of everywhere I've traveled in the world. The breakfast was perfect, light, and flavorful. The room was spotless. The hosts were awesome. We seriously considered extending our stay at this place but had another city to get to. Will definitely go back!! Thank you!!
