Location was close to our relatives but not much else. Communication with Sam was fine. The second night other guests arrived after 10 pm and it was a little noisy. Self serve breakfast was fine. Great to have milk and cream available

This is a fantastic hotel. A series of heritage buildings renovated about 20 years ago. The main building is filled with antique furnishings and just screams class everywhere. The staff are gracious and friendly at all turns. Breakfast is casual and cosy with good breakfast choices. Parking on site for free. Right in the heart of the city yet very peaceful. Lots of local art, restaurants, bookstores, and amenities within walking distance.

our stay was fabulous! Great big king bed with a fireplace & tub that we didn't use but the separate bath and shower suited us fine. Windows opened really nicely to let in the fresh rainy air, room was very clean and the breakfast was superb!! Location is really close to downtown for great eating establishments. Across the street from the harbor.
