.Vania and Jose are great hosts and make you feel at home very quickly. Additionally, the food and drinks that they prepare for dinner are very delicious. Out of all the accommodations that we had during our 7 weeks stay in Brazil, this was by far our favorite.

Caju Bungalows is placed at Macapa Beach, a magnific kitesurf spot in Brazil! We are prepared to host kitesurfers, offering kite locker and all information about the spot and around. The food is prepared to give energy for riders play all day long! If you need transfer assistance, please, just ask us! Come to here and enjoy the paradise!!
Caju Bungalows is an extension of our home. We are a couple of Brazilian kitesurfers that decides to change the life style to live close to the beach! Vânia is a lawyer that worked over 10 years with sustentability in an herbal extract industry and always volunteer in NGOs. Jose Mauro lived over 10 years abroad of Brazil (London and Sidney) as sushi chef, comercial diver and in the last years abroad studied yoga in India and Permaculture in Australia and decides to come back to Brazil.
Here is a small fisherman village. It' s very calm place and the Nature makes the diference! Few restaurants and just simple good markets.. The tide is the most beatiful show! Almost 3m of variation each 12 hours! At low tide small laguns appears at the Beach and very flat water. From july til december is Wind season, and this Beach is a paradise for kitesurfers. Close to here (50km) is the Delta do Parnaíba, a very Nice place to spend a day on a boat trip! If you need some more information or any assistance , please just ask.
