My apartment is 45 m², 2 air-conditioners, room with comfortable sofa bed, TV, DVD, cable TV, Wi-fi, 2 ceiling fans, bedroom with a double bed, cabinets, countertop, bathroom with two excellent showers and a well equipped kitchen with washing machine. The property is very cozy and quiet in addition to being near the subway and the beach. My space is good for couples, individual travelers, business travelers and families (with children). The whole apartment will be available for you.
