We built villa Albena Bay View in 2013 after my father's project with spacy rooms, own or shared terraces and own bathrooms to each room, and big panoramic windows to the beach and the sea and homely atmosphere. My father is a builder and now pretty close to 90 years old - but still going... not very strong any more. Unfortunately this can also be seen on the villa. So, unfortunately, what startet very good is now built to the worse. The villa has been built bigger with a room like a lounge by the terrasse by the pool - so there is a nice and big terrasse upon it on the 2. floor with a beuatiful view over the sea. Unfortunately he doesn't have the ability or the drift to finish the last details, so many rooms lack the last finish... The kitchen was also "remaid" after his wish (he has only made tea and boiled eggs in a kitchen in his entire life!). And I don't have to go on... The villa has been his building projekt and is keepng him going on and alive as he says. That is why we have stopped arguing with him and left him do whatever he wants. Still, our guests are happy for their vacation, the size of the villaand its amenities as there is a lot of space for everybody.
My family has had a summer house by resort Albena for more than 50 years. We love the hill area with a beautiful view to the sea and the beach. My father Kosta who is doing his best to accomodate and help our guests in all ways possible is close to his 90s and is a very warm and nice person and loved by all our guests. There is always a smile on his face and a joke comming behind the corner. There is always a soltuion for everything no matter what our guests need for their vacation.
The villa is situated in a villa area on the road between resort Albena and Balchik. There are some small grocery shops and local restaurants and much more in Albena and Balchik. The golf courts are also a few km. away. It is a quiet area.
