The location is great, not far from the beach, and it has all the necessary utilities. The view from the balcony was great, perfect way to wake up or to stay at the end of the day to relax.

Absolutely everything. Very clean, big rooms, confortable beds and wonderful view, the apartment has everything you need from towels, shampoo, soap, forks, spoons, glasses to a washing machine and everything else you need. You can park your car in front of the property. And the main room has the bathroom in the room like in hotels and the second bathroom is in the hall. Kavarna City Beach is very near and very nice. The restaurants also are near.

The unit is a large two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse apartment, situated on a hillside, with an amazing sea view from every room and the terrace. It is properly furnished and quite clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, the living/dining room and the terrace are huge, the elevator is opening directly into the apartment using the provided remote control. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is rather small, but it's nice and clean, and there are an well-equipped fitness room and a sauna in the building, too. The neighborhood is quiet and full of greenery, and although this part of Kavarna seems rather deserted and neglected, there is a silver lining to it: you can hear no other sounds but bird chirping all day round. I would definitely come back anytime!

Raport calitate pret excelent. Nu este o locatie de lux, dar iti ofera tot ce ai nevoie la o calitate mai mult decat decenta. Un plus il reprezinta si piscina.

Apartament mare si foarte bine dotat. Din balcon se vedrea marea si se puteau auzi valurile seara. Piscina foarte curata si disponibila 24/24 MUlta liniste, verdeata (surprinzator de verde totul) si aer curat.
