The property has lots of charm because it combines old and new architecture. It is large, yet intimate. It is private, it is quiet, it has everything one could ask for in a hotel and much more, such as a well-equiped kitchen, Belgian beers, wine and champgne in the fridge and personal items which create an atmosphere of 'being at home'. Guests love it.
We wanted to create the atmosphere that we look for ourselves when we travel. We like to give our guests an experience which creates a long lasting good memory and make them come back to our city and our neighbourhood. We are passionate about art, music, film, theater, photography, design and architecture.
'Het Zuid' is a neighbourhood that becomes more lively every day. It is nearby the centre of town. Within walking distance you will find trendy coffeeshops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, charming grocery-stores, museums, a park ... You have immediate access to highways such as the E19 and the E17. There's a bus-stop almost in front of the door. It is the perfect neighbourhood for a short or a long stay.
