Spacious apartment (+ / - 130 sqm) on 2 floors, within walking distance of the beautiful city center (500 m from the Kruispoort). On the ground floor there is a big bicycle shed. Free parking in the street. Bus stop within 100 meters. The apartment comprises spacious entrance hall with storage space, an attractive and functional living room, TV corner, big dining table and large sofa and chairs for 8 people. There is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dish washer, induction hob and microwave. The bathroom has a big sink and a big shower with equipment (including towels, hair dryer, toiletries). There is also a toilet. The 2 spacious luxurious rooms were furnished with brand new cabinets and beds (including new mattresses and bedding). In one room has a double bed an 2 single beds, the other has 2 single beds. There is also a sunny terras with comfortable furniture so you can enjoy breakfast there if the weather is fine.
