Wry close to the metro. Like steps from the metro. Very convenient when traveling to and from the train station. Relatively close to the old town areas of Brussels. Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The A/C worked beautifully if you understand that it will slowly cool the room. It’s not like American A/C units that cool a room quickly. The mattresses were very comfortable and the balcony offered a nice view. For the price we paid we felt like we got our money’s worth.

I had reserved a basic room, but decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite. The receptionist threw in the buffet breakfast and the executive lounge, and gave us a good price. It was a smart move, extras made the experience even more comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the Brussels Central train station, very convenient. The neighborhood is busy, and there is a miniature homeless encampment in a sheltered alley around the corner, but nothing to get upset about. The soundproofing is very good. We visited during a Labor Day (May 1) festival, and some of the highly amplified music leaked in the windows, but it was tolerable. The location is right where we wanted to be able to walk to the sights we wanted to see, no need for a car. We had a splendid view from the upper floor window.

Brussels is well-known as the headquarters of many European institutions and is often called the capital of Europe. However, Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate are just a few of the city’s best-known delicacies that can rival its political reputation.
French and Dutch are the city’s two official languages, so all streets and landmarks have two different names: don’t be surprised when you look for Grand Place and end up at Grote Markt!
Don’t miss the famous bronze, aptly named Manneken Pis statue or the futuristic Atomium, a truly unique architectural creation. Wandering through side streets to discover small bookshops, romantic cafés and ethnic restaurants reveals Brussels's charm.
Brussels is a real melting pot of Europe, filled with great museums and art from Memling, Bosch or Rubens, historic breweries and great concert halls. Shopping addicts can visit the world’s first shopping mall, the Saint Hubert Gallery, opened here in 1847.
If you’re arriving at Brussels Airport or South Charleroi Airport, all major attractions are just a short train or bus ride away. Whether you’re looking for a design hotel, a comfortable apartment or a friendly B&B, Booking.com has something perfect for your trip to Brussels.
Brussels is a very walkable city. This city is incredibly rich in history and legends. I would have loved to have stayed an extra day or two, but we only had two days to spare. There are several walking tours offered in the Grand Place, which is a site to behold in itself. My group wanted to do a beer tour and a chocolate making tour, but we just didn’t have time to fit everything in. Definitely an excuse to come back.

A city with lots to do and see. Great train connections to other cities in Belgium. Great shopping facilities, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Atomium was very busy, but worth a visit. Beautiful architecture, and artistry.

Nice people, wonderful vibe of the city.
However, few and poor transport options from Charleroi to city centre. Flibco busses have very bad reviews (!) and private taxis are very expensive (145 Eu). No direct train line (?!)

Our accommodation was great and only a short walk to the major sights of the old town, which is why we chose it.
The sights around there were amazing the Great Market Square is gorgeous as well as the streets and architecture around there.
We loved the apartment although no street view it was lovely and quiet easy to access and only a short walk to the old town which was great.
We ate a lovely Restaurant in the old town where we had our first Flemish Stew which was very delicious. cant place the name but was on a corner. Lovley old building with a great feel and decore was of the old times. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
We mostly walked everywhere because we were so close to the main things we came to see.

If it's your first time visiting Europe, it's ideal.
If it's your first time visiting Europe, it's ideal. However, if you've explored numerous European countries, the architecture might not offer anything particularly new. Nevertheless, the Grand Place is definitely a must-see; it's stunning both during the day and at night, along with its nearby surroundings. I'd recommend spending a day here to soak in the city center and nearby attractions, and don't forget to indulge in Belgium's famous chocolates while you're at it!
Also keep another day to go Ghent and Bruges as day trip.

I loved the food, I loved the Grand Place and walking around the tiny streets full of people, also the street music, the terraces for having and enjoying a drink were very nice. Also, we went to the planetarium, and the atomium both places were absolutely great ! The Cathedral was very beautiful too ! And dont forget to eat the famous waffles and have some Leonidas and Neuhaus chocolats !! I eat at Aux Armes du Bruxelles and that was fantastic !
The hotel is well connected so you can walk to the Grand Place and around in less than 15 minutes. You have the metro station near the hotel that will connect you to many places too.
The room is double standard, but we consider a little small (but we expected that in the center of Brussels) and is good for a couple.
We didn't try the breakfast but is open from 7 am until 10 am so you can take advantage of it if you have an early departure.
If you are a smoker, you cannot do so due to the hotel's non-smoking policy.
Hotel is well located for the City Centre, close to the Central station and Metro/Tram stations, Grand Place and Shops. The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. The management style is refreshingly different and the ability to make your own drink or grab a drink from the bar (reception) and just chill in the reception area is nice. Was able to arrange a later check out time easily so I didn't have to hang around waiting for my train and could use my last day exploring the delights of Brussels.
Located in the old heart of brussels two minutes walk from the Grand Place. This is my usual hotel when I visit Brussels. The rooms are quite small, but well appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms have been recently upgraded - our shower would have rivalled a power hose when turned on full! The breakfast room on the 7th floor has an excellent view as well as an excellent breakfast, with an electric waffle maker, and the best bread ever!
Close to metro station and railway, also the bus stop for the airport buses (1-2 min away). City center is 3 metro stops away. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable. There is a lobby bar at the reception if you need to wait for your room to be prepared. Also locker room available (1.5 euro/h or 7 euro for 24h). Breakfast is standard and it's good. The stuff is kind and helpful. Would visit again this hotel next time I'm in Brussels.
The staff is very kind and efficient (especially Hilla). The studios are really comfy. The location is perfect, next to the Metro M1 which leads you to the city center and the EU quarter in less than 15mn. The neighborhood is great. I had a long stay last year and Iwas very pleased with Roxi Residence, since then I can't think of any other Hotel when someone asks a recommendation for a stay in Brussels.
The hotel is located 10-15min walk to the city center, to the Brussels Midi Station, also there are many stores around. The room and the bathroom were big and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff is great and really helpful. The breakfast was delicious!! There isn't AC but there is an electric fan that really did the job.
We are really pleased with our stay at Hotel Van Belle
We had a really luxurious double room pretty cheap, seemed more like a hotel than a hostel. Clean bathroom, TV and many plug-ins in the room, friendly helpful staff. Nice sitting area in the groundfloor and the hostels offers city tours and other events although we didn’t have time to participate. Close to the city center with many restaurants but still quiet and green!
I absolutely adored the staff at this hotel. Everything was great, but they made everything that much better. Very helpful, kind, and professional. I will stay here again the next time I visit Brussels. The location is perfect for me. Close enough to the city center without being right under it but also close enough to its own set of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The staff at Slina were very welcoming and hospitable. They were very accommodating by letting us check in early and changing the bed in our room from two singles to a double. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Best of all it was a close walk (15 min.) to the center of Brussels. Very basic hotel but great for a quiet and comfortable stay.
The hotel itself is quite good, despite the fact it would need a renewal. My room was spacious and had everyhing I needed. Location is almost perfect; lots of eateries around, 50m to Rogier metro station and 5-10 min to both railway station (Brussels Nord) or old city center.
Breakfast fair, wifi good.
Belford Hotel is one of the best 4 stars hotels we have stayed in Brussels with the best value for money.
Very close to the main Grand Place central area ,just 5 minutes walking, very spacious and comfortable room. The reception staff were very helpful and kind.
Many thanks to Belford Hotel.
Location is excellent, quiet but an easy walk to the city center. Right beside a lovely square with fountains. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The owner is kind and helpful, and his two small dogs are very well-mannered. This hotel was easily the best value on our trip.
Brand new. The location is good and very friendly staff. Very courteous staff who allowed me early check in. It is in the city center but on the sides, so there is no noise. Good air conditioning. Of all the hotels I stayed in while in Brussels, this was by far the best.
The price was very reasonable considering it is located in central Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great and is within walking distance to the city center. Also public transports (buses and metro) are very close to the hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was cozy and the bed was amazing. We've visited Brussels many times and the location could not be beat. Close to shops, transit, restaurants and the Grand Place.
Hotel is located near Central Station and the main road, right next to the shopping area and 10 minutes walk from the Grand Platz (main attraction in Brussels); Good restraints and shops nearby. the room was quite big, yes comfortable.
I like the hotel in general. Lobby, recepconist, bedroom, restaurant. The location was great becuase you could walk to the center of Brussels in 5 minutes. I would come back to the Belford Good stay
The hotel has a great location. Close to the city center, main attractions, pubs, and main stores. The staff has the best customer service and they speak a few languages. The breakfast was THE best.
A nice hotel a short walk from the city centre and Brussels Midi Station, with direct access to the airport. Good breakfast and restaurants at reasonable prices.
Very friendly staff, and a very clean hotel, nice breakfast and the bar is really nice, center to everything in Brussels and close to the train station.
