Superb location.
Superb location. Beaches with warm water (26C) in March to make swimming inviting. Restaurants & shops in Hastings Street with plenty of variety of each. Saturday morning at Eumundi markets which is always good value. Spent lunch at Bistro C overlooking the main beach & dinner one night at Embassy XO at Sunshine Beach which was excellent. Took a 1.5hr walk up to the Heads & back & saw some turtles & a Manta Ray. Good exercise.

The apartment complex has recently had a renovation of the pool area and exterior grounds and it is very nice. From our apartment you could see the ocean through the trees and the overall feel was lovely. A 5 min walk to Hastings Street and easy access to the National Park walk which we did daily. Would come back again but I'd pick an apartment that had been updated.

We were in unit 24 which was in the middle of the complex looking over a courtyard and was a 2 bed, 2 bathroom layout.
