The service was excellent on arrival. The room was modern and clean and quiet. Outside the rain had started to fall extremely heavily (day before the flood). They kept us up to date with what was happening outside and within the town. The breakfast menu was lovely, fresh and on time to our room along with great barista made coffees. After we had checked out, we received a text message with another update to evacuate the motel and area. Their priority was our safety. We fared well, but unsure how they have gone.
