The self contained 2 bedroom Guest House has stunning panoramic views of the Border Ranges National Park in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of NSW. The property lies on the edge of the World Heritage-listed rainforests of the ‘Scenic Rim’ which was named as one of Lonely Planet's Top 10 regions in the world to visit in 2022.
Sitting in your garden, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery in comfort, listen to the birds and be entertained by the local wallabies and other wildlife that comes to feed on the lawns. This is a great place to take it easy and enjoy the restorative calm and beauty of nature.
We are now welcoming dogs (max 2) to the Guest House! Please get in touch if you’re bringing your dogs to discuss details and the arrangement of the small pet cleaning fee. Dogs must stay within the Guest House fenced garden (height 60-100cm) at all times.
The two bedrooms have very comfortable Queen sized beds with luxury quality linen and electric blankets. The light and spacious living spaces have reverse cycle AC and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There’s also an outdoor kitchen and BBQ with a large dining area to enjoy a relaxing evening meal as the sun sets over the hills. The night sky, free from light pollution, is breathtaking in its clarity and beauty.
The property is surrounded by lush pastures and dairy farms. It’s accessible by 2WD and there is 2kms of untarred road before the gate. The driveway is steep in parts but safe and easy to access.
This is an ideal location to reconnect with nature and explore the natural wonders of the region.
The property has a hybrid power system of solar panels and mains power. An electric car charger is available for use by prior arrangement. The Guest House has a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother with complimentary pods along with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, olive oil, balsamic and salt and pepper. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
We love our 9 acre patch of paradise and we’re excited to share this stunning location with our guests. We moved to this beautiful valley a couple of years ago after leaving various careers in Sydney. There are thriving local communities in Collins Creek and Kyogle and we’ve enjoyed getting involved with various community groups like WIRES, the local choir, and local food producers.
Our homes are separate from the self-contained Guest House so that you can enjoy complete privacy in your own house and outdoor areas. You may occasionally see one of us working in the vegetable garden, feeding the chickens, or playing with the dog, Honey.
We particularly enjoy the bush walks to The Pinnacle, Brindle Creek and the ancient Antarctic Beech Trees. The Hanging Rock waterfall and swimming hole is a popular local place to take a dip. Maps of scenic places, walking tracks, mountain bike trails and dog friendly areas are provided in the Guest House.
We’re happy to share our local knowledge and recommendations with you during your stay.

We acknowledge the Banjalang, Githabul, Gullibul and Wahlubal people who are the traditional custodians of the land and waters of this region, and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
