The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Ramsau, just a few steps from the stadium where all the cross-country tracks do start. The hotel offers free parking and upon entering, you are welcomed by more than attentive staff. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous and more than rich. We also dined at the hotel and all the meals were greatly cooked and meticulously designed and prepared. The wellness is great and offers plenty of possibilities to relax.

The place is extremely beautiful, very quiet and familiar, ideal for quality time with the family. I loved the location, it was close to places of interest, the room was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they were very special to my daughter. The staff were so lovely, which was highly appreciated. We were delayed with our travel arrangements but the staff were so kind and helpful and prepared a beautiful late dinner/cold platter to us which was delivered to our room. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The view was sensational. Location perfect for our conference in the Events Centre. Slept super well in the comfy beds. Lovely modern room and facilities. Just wish we could have stayed there longer!

The lady at the reception and the waiters in the restaurant are all very kind. Like others mentioned, the food was just amazing! The best half-board food I’ve ever had in a 4-star hotel! Also the location was super convenient. You can easily reach Rittisberg, Dachstein Glacier and Schladming ski resort, etc. by car or bus.
