Extremely nice owners, very forthcoming and helpful!! It's located on farm with animals - thus nice if you have small kids. Nice facility for ski storage. Nicely newly renovated with taste. Very clean and maintained. There is a ski bus located few steps from farm.

A 15-minute drive will take you to outdoor pools in Stumm and Zell am Ziller, and to the thermal baths in Fügen.
