The hotel is run by a family and this was felt everywhere. We came to stay for Christmas and wanted to know if there is a Christmas tree in the public area so that we could put some presents for the kids. They told us that they will check. When we arrived there was a fully decorated tree in our room! The kids were thrilled! Our daughter was also sick for one day, and all the staff asked us if we needed anything and brought us tea and honey. We felt welcomed and we had a great time. The location is very good, we drove 10 minutes to our ski resort. Apart from that, everything else was also great: rich breakfast, large, spotlessly clean rooms and overall great atmosphere.

Fantastic location - directly above the Spar shop (the one in town, not the one on the main road) A fabulous selection for the buffet breakfast - meats, cheeses, salmon, fresh fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice, various breads, etc, etc. - delicious! And such lovely friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts!

Very friendly and help-full host. Really trying to make the guests as nice as possible. Very tasty breakfast every morning, where the croissants are delicious. Rooms are large, with good beds, all equipped with a kitchenette. Free parking at the entrance. Skiarea to St Johann is less than 10 minutes drive, Kitzbuhl 15 minutes.

The hotel/gasthaus is located in the middle of Kirchdorf and a good base if you want to explore the area, cykling or by car. Close to StJohan and Walchsee. We stayed with our 2 children in an appartment/room with a small kitchen. The family managing the hotel and the lokal grocery store where very friendly and helpful and really cared for us. Very good resturant across the street and a local bath with waterslides for the kids in 5 minutes walking distance . The breakfast was great, changed content over the 3 mornings and didn´t lack anyting.

Moc příjemná paní majitelka nás ubytovala po předchozí domluvě v pátek ve večerních hodinách. Pokoje byly prostorné, čisté, dostatek úložného prostoru i ramínek na pověšení oblečení aby se vyvěralo. Postele byly pohodlné, vyspali jsme se velmi dobře. Když jsme šli ráno na snídani, děti zůstaly ve dveřích s otevřenou pusou. Snídaně byla nadstandardní, moc dobrá, široký výběr všeho, co jsme si mohli přát. V plánu jsme měli lyžování ve středisku asi 20 minut jízdy autem od ubytování. Paní majitelka nám doporučila středisko které bylo vzdálené asi jen 10 minut jízdy autem s tím, že je výborné pro děti. Měla pravdu. Večer, když jsme se vrátili do ubytování nás čekal uklizený pokoj, na posteli měly děti Kinder vajíčka, já Lindt tyčinku. Na stole na talířku byla pro každého upečená malá bábovka, taková jednohubka 🙂 Byli jsme velmi spokojení a užili jsme si skvělý lyžařský víkend. Děkujeme a věřím, že se sem vrátíme i v létě, tentokrát na cyklistiku.
