Amazing staff - Melanie & Markus at Reception and Peter in the bar-restaurant. I booked at the hotel’s more economical “Rooms” a block away but I was upgraded to stay in the main hotel, which was very much appreciated. Big quiet room, modern furnishings, nice bathroom, complimentary water, coffee and tea in room. Great dinner for the price. They have a cute refreshment area off the Reception & a huge bowl of apples for the taking . Airport transportation €16 and was waiting at 4:15AM. Markus prepared me a coffee before I headed out. A definite 5* stay which I’ll definitely repeat. If you have a car there’s a big private parking lot.

3 min walk from termianals, great hotel and restaurant, the staff was very friendly, food in the restaurant was tasty, there was evening buffet with a lot of choices which we recommend. The staff was very attentive, room very spacious and clean. Beds are huge and comfortable, although it was in the airport it was very quite and we were not bothered by planes, very convenient when you have early flight

The fact that we were able to arrive early, was done in such a spectacular manner. They used it as a training situation for the lovely new employee Lea,and the way they took care with her and the way she just probably did everything was just a blessing. Would definitely recommend this if you need a place close to the airport to just fly out on your early Vienna flight.

Great value and conveniently located near the Vienna airport! They offer a shuttle for 15 Euros. Kind and friendly staff. Slept well and it wasn't too loud, which is always a concern with airport hotels given they usually have lots of guest coming and going both very late and very early

The room was very comfy and clean, no noise from neighbors and the possibility of completely darkening the window with a Jalousie. The lady behind the counter was very busy but still incredibly patient and friendly-she checked me in and served the food as well, for everyone in the restaurant area! Parking lot was available and I even could watch the tennis players while having dinner and breakfast, which was served by a gentleman who was also very friendly and helpful.
