It’s a lovely place by the river handleded by the kindest hosts ever, Ryan and Katja made us feel at home from the start. They pointed out all the main places to visit, advised to cook the local specialty by the the river in a woodfire, which we loved, and even got us marshmallows to burn on the fire. The breakfast served is complete and includes Katjas homemade recipes. We would have stayed longer but unfortunately they were sold out. If we ever go back to bled we will definitely visit them again.

I would describe it as one of the best hostels. Perfectly equiped. All required facilities provided. Modern, stylish, comfortable. Perfect location. Everything at Mama Minka was so perfect and we cannot wait to return another time. We were greeted by Palona, who is simply the most lovely, helpful, and energetic person ever, and everything was absolutely wonderful from that point forward. Our group of 7 adults and teens had just gotten off the trail from hut-to-hut backpacking for 5 days, so we needed to rest, do laundry, and find energy to enjoy the lake. The hostel is sparkling clean, has everything anyone could need, and both Palona and Rok went above and beyond to help us find a lost cell phone (in Lake Bled!), arrange transportation, and enjoy Lake Bohinj. The rooms are large and quiet and the neighborhood is so sweet and calm....just wonderful. We rented bikes from Mama Minka and spent a day touring the lake on designated bike paths, too. Seriously, this hostel and the caretakers are absolute gems! Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We loved it so much.

We simply love 💕 the Life Hostel. It is better than a hotel. The building and the location couldn’t be better. Radovljica is a sweetest little town with a lot going on. We love the music festival among many other things. The breakfast has improved tremendously after the renovation.

Featuring a bar with a terrace, Hostel Soča Rocks is located 200 meters from the center of Bovec. Free WiFi access is available. Free-to-use BBQ facilities are available to the guests. Staff were absolutely lovely, Dave & Leah were both so helpful and full of information on activities and must-see places in Bovec. Has its own little bar if you want to socialise, a fully equipt kitchen to keep and cook your food in. The hostel was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfortable. Good vibes from everyone there, couldn't recommend it enough! ✨
