The choice of breakfast was excellent and the portion sizes were more than adequate the room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom the evening meals were excellently cooked by John and served by Sammy who were both great and couldn't do enough for us .

Very good. Both continental style and cooked and also flexible combination. Also very nice good fresh fruit. And real juice. Location very good with walking distance to central village with lot of pubs and restaurants. Also nice beach walk with access directly beneath the B&B. Very nice and helpful owners. Perfect with private parking space.

Stayed at the lobster which was lovely. All of the staff were very helpful and were great with our 2 little ones. Would absolutely recommend and we can't wait to go back

The room was beautiful, and a very fair price. A very comfy bed and really friendly service. The town is amazing, everyone is really friendly. I didn't like the lack of breakfast at first, however, there are so many cafes and other food places within a 2 minute walk you're really spoilt for choice around sheringham.

Our room was very homely with a sitting area and views over the garden. Large comfortable bed and immaculately clean bathroom. The pub was very welcoming and traditional - all the food & drink we had was good. Lots of choice at breakfast with great coffee. Well located in a quiet village but less than 3 miles from both Cromer and Sheringham. Very close to a couple of National Trust properties as well.

We had breakfast 3 mornings during our stayed there. Staff were all friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was superb I would give it 5* and yet no doubt we will be coming to stay there again in the near future.

From start to finish, Jane and Neil were so welcoming and made you feel so at home! They got my room ready early for me and let me meet their beautiful dogs. The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the beach and the town including the light house which I loved! Breakfast was lovely and it was like home from home.

Great pub that rents out rooms upstairs. All clean and comfy with very patient and supportive staff. Drinks and food in the pub are wonderful and so is the vast beer garden. We loved every minute of our time there!
