First of all, Quintilio and his wife are amazing hosts. They're friendly, accommodating, and during our stay provided us many times with fresh fruit & vegetable & eggs from their garden... awesome. The location is great, Cossignano is not as touristy as many other towns, yet it has beautiful views, probably the best in the area together with Ripatransone. The house with the apartment is approx 1km from the city center. Then the apartment - it is much bigger than it seems from the pictures. We are family of four, with 2 little girls, so it's great when there's lots of space where to play. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the apartment has roof-mounted ventilators to make it cooler; it also helps that it's ground floor, so even during warm weather it was good inside. There was also a great espresso machine with free pods. What else: The garden. It is large, has nice soft grass, and there's covered pergola or reclining garden seats/beds. There's also enough space in front of the house to park your car, even if it's a big car like ours, and it's not far from the apartment entrance - easy to move in and move out :). And last but no least: The pool. It is not in the apartment building, you have to drive for approx 3 minutes to get there, but it also belongs to the owners, and it's really beautiful pool where you can swim with a great view of the town of Cossignano. There's even a small bar next to the pool.

Everything! The beautiful scenery, the peace and quiet, the charm and cleanliness of the accomodation, the privacy, the outdoor area, the friendly hosts, the good advice on where to go, the breakfast food for the week, the easy parking, the wine tasting and the cats!

Because of our handicapped daughter it is very difficult to find places were the rooms are easily accessible and on ground floor. But besides this, the hostesses and hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. The airconditioned rooms very clean and colorful. Also the swimming pool is very beautiful and splendid views. All in all a place to get back to many times over!

When we booked the apartment we didn't have the intention to use the dinner possibilities Elisa and Enrico are providing. After tried having dinner the day of arrival we decided to enjoy Enrico's cooking as much as possible. This became part of the luxury experience we have enjoyed during our stay. At the infinity swimming pool, with a marvelous view, every appartment/room has it's own designated lounger.

A quaint and lovely farmhouse, beautiful scenery, with home cooked food that was amazing! Best meals we ever had in Italy! Samantha was a great host!
