Super friendly staff, very nice breakfast, cozy courtyard and relaxed atmosphere! The swimming pool with its surrounding trees for shade is amazing. And not to forget the cat family that is living here :-)

Very nice and quite place. the distance from the seaside aprox. 10min by car. Within 1h driving Modica/Noto/Ragusa nice places to visit. Nanni is very helpful as well the other stuff. Rooms exactly as on pictures. Breakfest with enough selection of food. Pool was great.

This magical oasis is at at the end of a long road and well worth a stay. From the pool to Luca’s homemade jams in the morning this agroturismo doesn’t disappoint.

We have stayed in Villa Gianina during the Easter holidays of 2024 with two teen kids. The place is very charming, clean with excellent views to the lemon garden around you . The host's hospitality and availability to assist is much appreciated. This place is well located and suits to those you want to relax from busy life in the big urban city. Sea and the beach is close by (we had a rental car). The location of villa s good to commuting to lovely little cities around this place. We would highly recommend the place and the owner who made us feel at home! Greetings from Brussels!

Wonderful location with lots of flowers and plants, swimming pool and grill. Very relaxing and quiet, at the same time, not far from the beach and small towns. The host is very attentive and helpful.

The atmosphere in the house was amazing, you can feel the "old soul" of this house. It's a very comfortable place for a group. Everything was clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking dinner especially with some homemade tomatoes sauce that the owner left for us. It's a place where you can forget that the outside world exists. Quiet, peaceful but also close to Scicly or Modica. There is a private parking place outside the house and two bathrooms that increase the comfort. I totally recommend it.

Everything. My room was beautiful. The grounds and property are so lovely. Lots of unique, whimsical touches everywhere. You can see donkeys and goats grazing out in the field as the sun is coming up. The dogs are friendly. You’re able to wander around the grounds and see the extensive cactus farm that they have. A piece of heaven, within a few minutes drive to Sampieri beach, but far enough away that it’s really quiet and peaceful. The owners were very helpful and kind.
