Hotel Villa Poseidon & Events features a large sun terrace with a seasonal outdoor pool and views of the Gulf of Salerno. The property is a 10-minute walk from Salerno Harbour. Located on a hill above the old city of Salerno the view stretched out over the entire city and it's bay and beyond to the beaches of Salerno in the distance. Breakfast was "all you can eat" with a full menu available. A great start to the day. The room (named Orchidia) was spacious enough for two and was very comfortable. It has a large veranda which affords the view as described above. All the staff (including Tristano at the desk, Ivan the chauffer extraordinaire) went out of their way to provide all the assistance that was needed. The location of the hotel was a short (and steep) distance from the ferries departing to and from all locations on the Amalfi coast. A short walk brought one to the centre of the old town of Salerno with all of it's alleys, Duoma, restaurants, museums etc.

Albergo Del Centro Storico is in front of Salerno's Town Hall and near the Verdi Theatre. The functional rooms offer LED TV, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony. המיקום נהדר. רחוב מרכזי מלא מסעדות וחנויות.

Stefania was a great host, met us very late at night, like 12:30am, kept in touch with What's App and she was there in the mornings cleaning so we could chat with her if needed. Very clean room, bigger than most, cute/tiny kitchen area, wonderful big bathroom and rain shower, extra little couch so we could put our suitcases and stuff on that, little balcony off kitchen area, quiet at night and beds comfy, excellent location right in the Centro Storico/Old Town area and short walk to Salerno Centrale train station and short walk to waterfront to catch ferries to Amalfi Coast towns and Capri. Plus close to pedestrian shopping street with lots of stores. Salerno was great, felt safe, easy to walk everywhere and old town was SUPER cool and quaint with TONS of restaurants and shops. Everything open late, had great pizza at 1am on our first late arrival. Edahouse has a lot of stairs but there is a VERY small and slow elevator/lift, barely fit our small luggage but it worked but you catch it on the 2nd floor so you will have to do some stairs, we always did just the stairs and didn't mind but it was up on the 4th floor. Good A/C...Very clean but in that climate there are cockroaches and we found when you turned off A/C when you leave for the day they tend to come out, with A/C on we didn't see them. Only two rooms at Edahouse so a very small place but right in the action once you step outside. Choice of two little cafes for breakfast, you'll get a coupon and can get coffee or tea and a pastry. We went to each place and they were both good and very close to Edahouse. I would stay again easily. So many B&B's to choose from there but this was clean, great location and shower and bed plus wonderful host too!

One of the cleanest, spacious and most comfortable establishments on Salerno.  The best hospitality ever from Giovanni and Christina. They both are close to perfection in terms of quality of services.  The rooms are located in the heart of everything. Walking distance. The breakfast was superb.  Genuine Italian.  Don’t expect European breakfast, but original, delicious, Italian breakfast in one of the best coffee shop in town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending restaurant & making dinner our reservation. I would recommend this B&B. Close to the Duomo

The photos of the sea view from this apartment will never do it justice...the view is siply incredible and you feel like hugging the sea and the beatiful mountains. The flat is in central location with so many restaurants, bars , supermarkets next to it...it is in the main shopping and entertainment street, 10 minutes walking from the central train station and the ferry station...very easy to go to amalfi by dita bus from this flat...the sita bus station is 4 minutes far away..the beds were comfortable, toilets clean and the kitchen well equipped...Alissandro was also very helpful and allowed us to check out late...it is a family friendly apartment which i highly recommend.

The hosts Carmine and Massimo are super nice, so is the breakfast lady. The guys give tips on where to eat and what to see and are very flexible regarding check-in and check-out, as well as luggage deposit. The room is brand new and in perfect condition. It's very clean and has everything one might need. Fresh and yummy croissants are served for breakfast. The location is good: the historic centre of the city is close, it's a 15 min walk to the railway station and about the same to the port where you can embark on your journey to Amalfi coast towns. A supermarket is just round the corner, some bars and restaurants are very close. Totally recommend!
