Located 20 metres from the beach and 5 km from the Split-Kastela Airport, this hotel in Kastel Luksic has a terrace and rooms with a balcony and sea views. Private parking is available. I have stayed here previously. They offer now Dinner! Exceptional quality of dinner, where they have a local super chef preparing meals. The breakfast has been criticized previoiusly. If found this well above standard, where they provide omelette according own recipie. Well done! They also offer safe bicycle parking. So for my needs in beautiful surroundings close to the sea nearby the airport this was a perfect stay.

The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.

The rooms are very modern and have all the comfort you need. Maja is a very friendly host who is always eager to help. Nice pool, private parking, a quiet area, great bed, this place has it all. At 15min from Split Centre and Trogir but also 300m down the road, you have some nice restaurants. I would really recommend this appartment.

Our host Monika was very friendly and made us feel welcome before we even arrived by personally contacting us before arrival. She was very kind and a wonderful person to have as a host. The place exceeded my expectations as we could even wash our clothes, had a very decent airconditioning unit, a balcony, a quiet place and a lot of amenities for cooking/washing powder provided and so on. The location was great and merely a 20 min drive from the town Split. The apartment was very clean, we really felt like we were at home. If i would be looking at going to Split again, i would book here again. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

The owners were really friendly and hospitable! The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. Really good beach and nice seaside promenade were also just a short walking distance from the aprtment. We also appreciated the recommendations and information booklet provided in the apartment. It was really a perfect place to stay and would definitely consider staying in the same place again on our next visit.

Nice, new, well equipped apartment. It takes 2 minutes to get to the nearest beach. Few others are 10-15 mins walk away. Good contact with host that was very helpful. Pretty big terrace with furnitures and swimming pool next to it. Free parking spot just next to apartment. A/C, WiFi, TV with Netflix.
