Claudia is an extremely nice host, very helpful with any questions we may have had. She always made sure our needs were met. Breakfast was very nice, lost of options to choose from! The rooms are very spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom is particularly nice, really liked the big shower. The house is very close (5 mins by foot) to the train station, where you can easily catch a train to Victoria Station. By foot, it's reasonably close (15 mins) to the big supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury, etc). Will stay here again when we visit London again!

We loved the coziness of this apartment, there was a lot of space. The thing we loved most was the host, we couldn't turn on the heater, he was really helpful. :)

There are several bus lines nearby that provide easy access to the city center. A perfect place for those who do not want to cook in the apartment.

Located in London and only 4.9 km from Colliers Wood, Spacious 5-Bed Retreat provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Spacious, across 3 floors - great garden as had a chair and table which was convenient. Wasn’t spotless when we arrived BUT we didn’t care - we were a large group and were out for the day. The host was very forgiving when our music was loud, though we weren’t partying- just had gotten carried away- so we were grateful for his kindness when he called to ask us to simply turn it down. Location wise, we had to walk to get the bus as no Ubers would dispatch to this area? And the tubes weren’t on on that day. The walk to the bus was not far. For groups this is a great place to stay !

Location, space and off road parking. We have been working in the area (Camberwell/Brixton) for a few months and this property was excellent. Definitely one of the best we have stopped at in the same price bracket. Informative hosts. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location next to transport and shops and a beautiful courtyard that feels like an oasis in the middle of streatham 😊

Guest rooms is set in the Lambeth district of London, 5.6 km from Crystal Palace Park, 6.1 km from O2 Academy Brixton and 6.5 km from Morden. Guests from Bulgaria 🇧🇬. The location is perfect and easy to find, very close to a railway stations and bus stops, there are some shops to buy food if needed. The host was very hospitable, the room was clean, offered us some space in his fridge for our food, the bed was so comfortable. Me and my boyfriend would choose this place again if we come back to London. <3
