Our host very kindly made a dinner reservation for us ahead of our arrival knowing the town would be busy and we might struggle. We were also in a lovely room and had an exceptional breakfast!

Wonderful! This little country house is a gem - a source of peace and tranquility, away from the madding crowds over the season. The rooms are oldy worldy, shabby chic but very comfortable with gorgeous beds, lovely linen and very comfy chairs inside and out. The food is really good - dinner was superb and very sophisticated. Nothing is too much trouble and you'll find Desi running around, efficient, warm and friendly and so on the ball. The pool area is lovely, quiet and a great place to chill and read if its hot. We loved our stay here and would certainly come back again.
