Featuring a spa bath, Flatmoen Natur Lodge is located in Alta. Providing free private parking, the campground is 7.2 km from The Rock art of Alta. The setting was totally picturesque with views out over mountains and forests. The extra touches of recliner beds so you could get comfortable inside to watch the northern lights from the glass roof, and lots of choice of hot drink pods for the machine. They had really useful information inside to on local places to eat if you didn’t want to eat on site too. Then the hot tub was utterly define, and kept at temperature so you could you use whenever you felt the need

Boasting mountain views, Koselig dyregård i Tromsø provides accommodation with a patio, around 15 km from The Arctic Cathedral. The room was just as explained. Come prepared for an experience. Bjorn went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The room itself was spacious and warm. The short walk to the bathroom and kitchen was not bad at all. Everyone was very respectful and welcoming including all the animals in the farm! This stay was truly a good experience and I recommend for couples looking to explore Tromso!

Boasting a sauna, Guesthouse / Huskyfarm Innset is set in Innset. Featuring free shuttle service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Very friendly staff, they let us help with feeding the dogs and we got to pet the smaller puppies etc. Location was bit of town but close to a lake and mountains, very nice views. The room was comfortable and kitchen well equipped, we were also very lucky as we were the only guests so we could hang in the common area with a fire place and so on.

Located by the Tromsdalselva River, this property is just 5 minutes’ drive from Tromsø city centre. It offers cottages with private patios and kitchen facilities. WiFi and parking are free. The location was excellent. You can see the northern lights in the area.

Set in Skarsvåg, Norway’s northernmost settlement, this camping site offers cottage accommodation just 2 km from the iconic Kirkeporten rock. Our cabin was clean and looked like on the photos. The cabin had 2 bunk beds, a table, 4 chairs, small fridge and two hotplates (which we didn't use). Shared kitchen and shower rooms were in a separate building a few steps away from our cabin. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Showers had warm water and were clean. The reception area also had a restaurant. The pizzas there tasted so good after an 8 hour hike.
