The staff was very friendly and we were able to do a late check in (around 7pm) and late check out (about 1h later). The room is small but comfortable and very clean. They left roses on the bed and gave us free wine, nuts and fruits at night, which we loved. Breakfast was great, and both girls working there were very helpful. It has a parking lot down te street.

I came to this place with my fiance. We really enjoy our time at Oba hotel. It's not just hotel, the warm welcome from the hotel owner mr Ismail and his son, and their help really touch us, feels like family..meanwhile the breakfast taste so homey, we like it !! The queen room definitely excellent. Room are so big, with private pool warm water, we love it so much I just realize how different its can be when hotel are manage directly by the owner and family, awesome My fiancee says one day we should be back again, Ortahisar area especially Oba hotel really win our heart 😊 Thank you for giving us good time, Keep up the superb works !!

Urgup Is absolutely a gem, less touristic than Goreme and the stay at Serinn is a completely stunning experience. Eren, the owner, is so sweet and always available for good suggestions and help to find the best solution to explore Cappadocia. The place is wonderful and every detail is perfect.

Our family suite in this 500-year-old cave house was truly remarkable. It had been beautifully restored and decorated with thoughtful touches, like the cozy ottoman couch, the aromatic incense, and striking curtain colors. Needless to say, our family of four found our stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast provided was abundant, and enjoying it on the rooftop on a sunny day was such a treat. We also appreciated the opportunity to explore other rooms in this cave house and learn more about the property's history and architecture. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional hospitality of the owner, Levent, and his wife. Levent, a multilingual and experienced tour guide, went out of his way to ensure we made the most of our three days in the captivating Cappadocia valley. He crafted a personalized driving-stop itinerary based on our interests and time constraints, greatly helping us as first-time visitors in this otherwise daunting region. Levent's wife is also an amazing chef, and our dinner by the fireplace in the evening was absolutely wonderful. Every dish surpassed our expectations, better than any restaurant we had visited in the tourist village. Thanks to Levent and his wife, our stop in Cappadocia has been the most unforgettable one on this road trip, and we look forward to returning with more friends to explore this unique region of Turkey.

The room was clean, the location is 10 minutes to the hot air balloon viewpoint by car, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and tidy, the Internet was good, we checked in around 11-12 pm, and it was not a problem.

Everything was perfect. Room had heated floors which made it cozy. Breakfast was DELICIOUS and plentiful. Location to town was great -not too close to be noisy but not to far to be easily walkable to town.
