Holly Lodge was so welcoming and comfortable. Fiona was an amazing host, very knowledgeable about the area and did everything to ensure our stay was memorable. From the amazing breakfasts, to the hot water bottle when sitting in the conservatory. The location is the perfect postcard picture, the views are outstanding. It was very quiet and a great starting place for some lovely walks. Including a walk around the stunning golf course just minutes up the road. I highly recommend Strathpeffer and Holly Lodge and if possible, spend a few days.

Our hostess was great to talk with, and she had obvious pride in the guest house she and her husband had created. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and yet very energetic and fresh. Lovely room, beautiful old home carefully redone, absolutely spectacular breakfast. Off of the main tourist route, in the quiet town of Conon Bridge. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Melanie was super friendly and guided us well about the local amenities. Good breakfast buffet in the morning Amazing clean room, that we stayed in. Appropriate heating and hot water pressure in the shower during our stay. Which i felt was the most important thing while travelling during December.
