The staff was extremely helpful with a very complicated situation. I will not go into details, best to drop by and ask Georgina or Jojo about the "talk of the pub" in the week of July 4th. The room was nice, although it was two single beds for me and my wife (very british). Try the local cider.

The reception was very friendly, the 4 person room very spacious and clean and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend this place. Also the walking distance to the center of town was very close.

I had the room next to front entrance with king bed and large bathroom. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Ben was an extraordinary host and always made me feel welcome and offered to bring breakfast to my room. He went above and beyond helping me arrange shipping of a box back to the US. I loved being able to walk across the street to Tesco for some snacks or explore everything in downtown Canterbury. I was working remotely during my stay and wifi worked great. Will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

אהבנו מאוד מיקום נפלא! קרוב לאתרי העיר לתחנה המרכזית ולתחנת הרכבת,צוות ידידותי ביותר סייעו לנו באדיבות לכל בקשותינו,שיטת ארוחת הבוקר לחדר טובה ונוחה ,תפריט קונטיננטאלי,המלון הוא למעשה מסעדה עם חדרים, המסעדה מצויינת ומנוהלת על ידי שף . סעדנו מנה לחלוק של טלה -היה טעים אסטטי ובמחיר סבחר סביר.
