Back in the kitchen, you’ll get to enjoy a refreshing ‘aperitivo’ – a glass of wine or spritz with classic nibbles.

Then you’ll set to work on your pasta. You’ll get to learn how to make one iconic pasta dish from scratch, along with a tiramisu – a popular Italian dessert. As you cook, your host will share anecdotes and insights about the culture of eating in Pavia. To top off your experience, you’ll get to enjoy your homemade pasta and tiramisu with the rest of your class and a glass of local wine.
