Duration: 11 hours 30 minutes

This day trip will start with an early-morning tour of Pisa, where you'll visit the Cathedral, Baptistery and Monumental Cemetery. You'll also get to see the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. The tour will then continue to a rustic wine estate in the foothills of San Gimignano, where you can enjoy a characteristic Tuscan lunch, accompanied by fine wine.

After lunch, you'll head to the medieval hilltop village of San Gimignano. Here, you can explore its cobbled streets, picturesque squares and artisan shops. You'll get to take in panoramic views of the Chianti countryside, before you travel on to Siena. If you select this option when booking, a professional guide will join you in Piazza del Campo and lead you on a tour inside Siena Cathedral, which is a rare example of Italian Gothic architecture. At the end of the tour, there will be time for coffee and some shopping before you return to Florence.
