With this experience you’ll taste a selection of Tuscan wines paired with traditional local dishes. Professional instructors will teach you about the different winemaking regions and help you explore the various tasting techniques.
The wine tasting will include a lunch of local cheeses, cold cuts and bruschetta followed by a variety of Tuscan delicacies, from traditional stews and truffle lasagna, to roast meats with vegetables or even stewed wild boar. Your meal will be followed by local biscuits and a glass of dessert wine.
