On this tour, you'll venture into Iceland's Vatnajökull National Park with a local guide. You'll explore the Vatnajökull glacier on foot, as your guide describes the area's history and unique geology. You'll be provided with crampons, a helmet and an ice axe to help you navigate your way through the lunar-like terrain.
You'll also take an exhilarating ride in a powerful 4x4 vehicle fitted with giant tires to cope with the extreme landscapes. From your window, you'll take in more sights of the glacier and its impressive features such as the Jökulsárlón lagoon.
