Surfing Lesson

For this surfing lesson, you'll get the opportunity to learn how to surf on the Platja de la Mata in Torrevieja. In the same way, you'll experience the sport in the calm waters off the Spanish coast.

After a short introduction, you'll pick the right equipment to use. Then, you'll learn how to observe the sea conditions before starting. During the lesson, you'll be able to work on your body and different muscle groups. Additionally, you'll spend time learning how to catch waves while mustering the mechanics of surfing.
