Great location, the beach is just a few meters away, warm and clean sea, view, all was perfect. Possibly one of the best locations during our stay in Sardinia. We stayed on the 1st floor and had all what we needed. The rooms were clean and kitchen fully equipped. Definitely recommend arriving by car (free parking is on site). Many thanks to our host Pietro. He met us on arrival and gave many useful recommendations and answered all our questions.

What an amazing stay! The property is exactly as seen on the pictures and extremely clean and comfortable, with everything one needs. The location is perfect, Solanas is one of the best beaches in the area and just round the corner from the house. Whenever you feel like, you can simply walk to the beach with a towel, swim in some of the best seas, and walk back home in no time. No need for a swimming pool. Everything was provided, including beach umbrellas, seats, and towels. There is also an outdoor shower, really handy for washing out sand before going back into the house. The property is fully furnished with all appliances, great if you wish to go all the way or simply relax and enjoy many of the local restaurants. The hosts are most welcoming and really genuine people, hard to come by these days. They really looked after us and went beyond our expectations, as well as delighting us with their own authentic Sardinian cuisine. Simply amazing food, and some of the finest we ever had. Just goes to show how welcoming Sardinians are, could have not found a better representation. Thank you! This was our second trip to Solanas over the years, just wanted to refresh our memories of a great place, and made it even more memorable. We had planned to do more touring around, but having so much in one place really kept us wanting to spend more time relaxing and enjoying our stay there. Highly recommended, it really doesn't get better than this.

Very very clean, spacious, fully equiped with everything as if you live there, and literally on the beach. Beautiful veranda to drink morning coffee with the seaview and sound of the waves. Netflix, primetv on all tv's for the night time. Standup desk, beach equipment just name it, you have it there at your disposal. Very close to all other popular beaches in Sardinia, so if you are there for the white sand, perfect location. But what is golden, is Claudia, the host. We travel a lot, but we never experienced such hospitality and care like we did here. She made sure we had everything, from the drinks and food, to the toys and treats and tips how and where to go.You can feel that she really gave her best from her heart to make our stay perfect. If you go to Sardinia, you will never find better place and most certainly you will never find better host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. We had everything we needed for a great stay, everything was impeccably clean, comfortable as well as beautifully designed and decorated. The beds were very, very comfortable, and having 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a rare find, and perfect for our family. Looking out over the surrounding mountains the beautiful fruit trees made each day special. The hosts are truly professional, kind, caring, gracious and generous, and we all felt well taken care of during our stay. We highly recommend this property!

One of the best accomodations we have ever had - great perfectly equipped appartement with comfortable garden and terrace, absolutely nice and helpful owner and directly on the beach. Ideal not only for family stays. I can really recommend a stay there!

Super friendly and attentive host, always available when we had questions. The place was cleaned when we arrived with everything we needed (plus point was the washing machine). It is quiet at night, it has one double room and another room with a bunk bed for two people, a massive living room, massive terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. Aircon is in all bedrooms. The flat is 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. The main terrace overlooks the Solanas bay, and, from the terrace, you have a superb view of the bay. The interior of the flat is carefully and nicely furnished. You are only 20 minutes from Villasimius if needed, even though Solanas has pretty much everything you need, one mini market, one pharmacy, a couple of restaurants and a gorgeous beach, right in front of the flat. The place has also a private parking spot inside the property. Ideal place with kids
