We have been to many places in Sicily and this one stands out. There is a special atmosphere with the view on the roofs of the city (great at all times but especially at night) the apartment is perfectly designed and extremely comfortable, we enjoyed the light in all the apartment from kitchen to bedroom to shower room. The kitchen and its equipment is impressive. You can park in a free parking lot 5 min away. Piazza Armerina is a very nice city and Villa Romana unforgettable. The owner is very reactive and attentive.

What a great choice we made to stay here! The apartment is huge, too big for just the two of us and a pity that we stayed only 1 night. Therefore, I’d recommend “slow travel” and a stay of at least two or more nights to enjoy the apartment. It is decorated in old Sicilian style with quality finishings and you are transported back in time. We loved everything from the two drawing (sitting) rooms to the bedrooms and bathroom, to the old style windows and to the old-fashioned lift. And of course, the view is to die for. The apartment had everything you could think of and the hosts provided us with breakfast as well as some base ingredients to make some pasta! We walked across the street to the Despar supermarket and got the rest. This place is great because there is ample parking and you are just outside the old town. It’s a short walk there. That means you don’t have to deal with narrow streets and parking problems. There is also a gas station and as mentioned above, a supermarket a short distance away.

Everything was perfect! We would really love to come back in the future!! A cute house with 2 separated spaces, located in the center of a medieval town, which travels you back in time. The owner was super kind and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a little bit small but well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only thing we would mention as a problem, is a light sensation of humidity, but as we know it is not a matter of the house but of the location in the old town. With the window or the air-condition open everything is better!
