Very large apartment, clean and with everything you need. They have their own private parking, which is great if you are coming by car. Location is excellent, apartment is situated in a quiet area, in a nice little town, great for visiting tourist places on lake.

Amazing and modern apartment right next to lake Como. Very convenient location, as it’s very close to the port, where you can reach Bellagio and Varenna in a very short trip! Also very close to Menaggio. The beds were comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything that you might need during your stay. Sheryl was amazing, she responded very fast, and answered any questions or concerns you might have. Check in and check out was easy!

Perfect apartment! we stayed 3 nights, the apartment is well equipped there's everything you need, the view from the balcony is gorgeous! and most importantly, we were welcomed by Paula, who is very friendly, warmth and professional! she gave us the best advices and recommendations, really made our first time trip to Bellagio and Como Lake! amazing views over the lake both day time and night. a little away from the hype of Bellagio which we liked but it did mean a 25min walk in and out into town and to get ferries. staff were very accommodating and picked us up at the ferry and dropped us back there when we left. Arianna was great to communicate with and quickly told us about a landslide that had blocked the road and would affect our chosen route up there and helped us figure out an alternative. A great breakfast in the morning! beds very comfortable and the terrace was a great place to end your evening sipping a glass of local wine! Found Ne’ne a lovely little bar just 5 mins from the property to stop for a beverage on the way home!

Very comfortable and well appointed. The beds were amazing. Close to the downtown (with stairs) so not long, but a good workout to burn the tiramisu and gelato calories. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

The location is amazing, in the historical center of Bellagio. The studio was exactly as in the photos and David was an excellent host. We had a very good communication, always willing to help. A very good value for money!
