Very helpful staff who communicated well with me when my arrival was delayed. Lovely decor, great bathroom and kitchenette. Wifi TV which allowed me to conect with my own services like YouTube and Netflix for personalized choices. They gave a lovely gift of a jar of honey with little wooden dipper as I departed. They arranged a private driver for me to get to my next destination. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Pamela and Gerardo. The restaurant was excellent as well. It is in a glass gazebo on hotel grounds, exquisite! They served me a late dinner upon my arrival, fresh porcini mushrooms picked locally, on pasta, very light and flavorful, a highlight of my meals in Italy so far.

The 2 bedroom suite was great, lots of room & well equipped. It may not suit everyone as it is at the top of steep stairs. Great little terrace overlooking the church & village roofs.Kitchen is well stocked but bring extra coffee. The little deli downstairs is well stocked & has fresh bread in the mornings, excepting Tuesday, see below if you want to eat at home. Great pizzeria just down the road.

Everything at this hotel is perfect. A beautiful property nestled on the lake. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful. You will find yourself at awe every time you enter the room with the breath taking views; but what makes all the difference is the wonderful staff. Martina was a standout amongst all the stars. She made our stay even better. Thank you Villa Lario!

It’s heavenly! The place is super clean, completely renovated, better than a 7 star hotel. The kitchen is super equipped. The owners maintained this place as their own home so everything here is top quality furniture, mattresses, washer, dishwasher, etc. cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided. The drive up is a bit tricky but we knew that in advance. We had a big car but it was manageable. Follow the owners directions and you’ll be good.

Brilliant hosts, great breakfast, fantastic spacious house with a breathtaking view of Lago di Como, garden where you can have breakfast and the lovely Nisso… I searched a lot to pick the best place for my holiday at the lake where I can write and this was the best find! Hands down

Fantastic stay! Elisabetta upgraded us due to a technical issue and that was an amazing change. Location was a little bit further from downtown, but a few stairs never killed anyone. The residence was very luxurious, comfy. Felt like home almost! Thanks again!
