Litterally, everything! We booked the one-bedroom apt and the view is simply awesome, impossible to get rid of it. The flat is fully equipped, allowing to cook and take all the meals on the balcony to enjoy the landscape. The staff is friendly and helpful, the carpark convenient. We even decided to extend our stay here! Perfect, 10 is well deserved.

It was a perfect stay. Our apartment was big, clean, cozy and so stylish. You can't cook in the kitchen but you have a kettle, cutlery and fridge. We were lucky to meet the owner of the hotel - she is so smart and interesting women. It's beautiful plase for comfortable stay. The staff was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

It was much better than I expected! It was awesome! Perfect location for people like me, for a family like mine! I was looking for silence! I needed a quiet place! And I enjoy IT! There, You can ENJOY THE SILENT! You can enjoy the sound of the wind! The place is located on the Black Sea side, but, above... You have acces to the shore! But, a long walk, from a higher ground. I didn't choose this location for access to the beach. Are a lot of places, a lot of beaches in a radius of 20 km around! Wonderful places! Wild, crowded, no crowded, popular or exclusivist beaches. July Morning Seaside Resort is the best location for a vacation, for families which want to have a quiet place to stay, but with a lot of opportunities to spend time around! Also, is a perfect location for families with small childrens! Safe, quaiet inner yard, the pool have a big enough part for small childrens (1 to 4 years old childrens)! Private parking! Safe! For me and my family the pool they have it was wonderful! The pool is placed in the perfect position! On the edge of the property to the seaside! Again, the location is on a higher ground above the sea! Perfect view of the Black Sea! We stayed in an apartment that also has a small kitchen. We wanted this. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It also has a washing machine. There is a clothes dryer in the balcony. The balcony is big! It also has a table with chairs. Everyday, the location is provinding cleaning room service. If is it necessary, the location is providing the change of the towels every day. The location is very close to Kavarna. In Kavarna You can find almost anything You want. From supermarkets to reastaurants! There are also two beaches in Kavarna, on the shore! Both of them with sand and affordable for small childrens!
