It was a nice hotel for the price, they offered to make up the room everyday and if you put a do not disturb sign, they would still provide you with a change of towels and trash bags. Check in was quick and the staff were very helpful. The sento was normal.

It was so central and close to the station - we thought this would make it noisy but it was super quite and really luxury to just walk downstairs to your hotel :) The staff members were really lovely and helpful and the rooms were spacious and very comfy beds.

Boasting 2 restaurants, a bar and a cafe, ANA Crowne Plaza Akita, an IHG Hotel is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from JR Akita Train Station. Location was excellent , close to train station, coming down from escalator. Breakfast was excellent, variety of Western and Japanese food. The town had a Food and Entertainment Festival which I enjoyed.

Free internet access and a public bath are provided. conveniently located near station n eateries. lovely onsen on the rooftop, free ice cream, coffee, ramen in the evening n yogurt milk drink in the morning. plenty of washing machines, free wash with detergent provided, you only pay for the dryer breakfast buffet was good! good sized room too
